Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://mcgeefloorandfurniturecleaning.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Service Description. This Site describes Floor Cleaning, Floor Stripping, Floor Waxing, Furniture Cleaning, Mattress Cleaning provided by McGee Floor & Furniture Cleaning. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. McGee Floor & Furniture Cleaning (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. McGee Floor & Furniture Cleaning does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Damages. McGee Floor & Furniture Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify McGee Floor & Furniture Cleaning against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under MS law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in MS for any related dispute.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
